1. Will it take longer for tenants to recieve water if the pump is turned off?
No, the E-Pump does not compromise tenant comfort in any way. In fact, the retrofit will not be noticeable to the tenants at all. It is as if no change has happened, except your boiler system is now much more efficient.

2. How much will the E-Pump save me?
The savings are typically 20-40% less natural gas used for heating the hot water. Multiple factors affect the gas bill as well as how the E-Pump works which is way the savings are a range.

3. Does the E-Pump come with a warranty?
Yes, it comes with a 5 year parts warranty, as well as 1 year of free service.

4. I have an electric water heater, will the E-Pump work on this system?
Yes, the E-Pump only affects the delivery of the hot water. It does not matter how you heat the water, the E-Pump will enhance any type of water heater since its savings are derived from reduced heat loss through the pipes.
